Description

Stress is a part of life and can be healthy for you - it can motivate you to complete tasks before they're due. This is the type of stress that excites you. 

On the other hand, you can also experience "bad" stress, which can be long-term (chronic) or short-term (acute). Repeated stressors can take a big toll on your body and overall health.

Stress cannot always be avoided, therefore it is crucial to learn how to manage it. Certain techniques can improve your response to stressors, you have the capacity to learn healthy coping mechanisms, and you can work on having a more positive mindset, even in the face of the unknown. 

Stress management is an one-on-one counselling session via Microsoft Teams or WhatsApp Video Call.

Booking an appointment is very quick and easy! Once an appointment has been requested, an invoice and an Indemnity/Consent Form will be sent to the email address you've provided.

Please read through and sign the consent form, and send it back along with proof of payment to acc.phasescounselling@outlook.com.

Only after these documents have been received can an appointment be officially confirmed.

A reminder of the session will be sent to you at least 24 hours before the appointment date.
